There is a tendency in our society for men to isolate themselves and become “rugged individualists.” At Evergreen-Lakeville we believe that men need to establish strong, godly relationships with other men. Evergreen’s Men’s Ministry provides guidance and support to help men grow spiritually and make a difference in our world.
Every fall we gather for an overnight featuring camping, challenging teaching, some serious competition and a bonfire that has to be fed with a bobcat! This annual event is a keystone in meeting and developing relationships with other men. Topics addressed include purity, spiritual leadership, and passing the torch to the next generation. The overnight is for all men at Evergreen—students, singles, married and their guests.
A no frills Bible study designed to help men discover how to read and understand God’s word for themselves. No preparation or experience needed – just bring a Bible, pen and paper. We meet Wednesday mornings at 6 or Thursday evenings at 7.
Our children need committed fathers who will lead them, guide them, train them, encourage them and show them the way. This can seem like a lonely, daunting task and with all the other distractions of life—one that many fathers fail to do.
Please join Please join Pastors Mark, Charlie and Mike for Dad's Workshop the third Saturday of each month. We will encourage you, equip you, stimulate you and challenge you to be the godly father you were meant to be. You can succeed as a father.

Third Saturday, Each Month, 7:30-9:00 AM, Evergreen Lakeville, Sanctuary. The desperate need of our time is godly fathers. Our children need committed fathers who will lead them, guide them, train them, encourage them and show them the way. This may seem like a lonely and daunting task. This is why we conduct the Dad’s Workshop the third Saturday of each month. This is a time of teaching and discussion where the pastors can equip, and challenge us to become the godly fathers we were meant to be.
